AEE prepared for Thames Coromandel District Council by Montgomery Watson in association with Bioresearches. A 1995 study by Bioresearches was repeated in 1999. Data in the AEE report. Data was collected to aid in the assessment of environmental effects of the sewage treatmant outfall at Thames. Hearing February 2004.
Content
Outfall flow and samples over 24 hr period March 1995 and Sept 1999. Bacteria - EColi and Enterococci. Measurements of secchi depth, suspended solids, temperature, salinity, DO. Shellfish sampled 10 stations. Dye study to evaluate mixing.
