Summary
Numerous pieces of research are reported in theses by graduate students as part of the completion of Master of Science and Doctorate degrees for the Science and Geography Department at the University of Waikato. All these theses are stored at the University, and most are publicly available.
Theses completed prior to 2006 with subject matter relevant to the coastal environment in the Waikato Region have been described individually as datasets within the Waikato Coastal Database. Since 2006, all theses are stored electronically and are available through the University of Waikato electronic library catalogue. It is therefore not considered necessary to describe each of these theses individually. Any person wishing to find recent coastal theses undertaken by Waikato students can simply search the catalogue as described below.
